If you answered “yes” then this website is for you!

Everyone is different and learns in different ways. Some people have not had a chance to learn about sexuality in school or from their families — and that’s OK. We want you to have correct information that will make it easier for you to grow into an adult that has safe and happy relationships.

Self-care

You can learn about taking care of your body as you change from a child to a teenager to an adult. Find out the best way to manage your hygiene every day and where you can go to get sexual health check-ups.

Personal Boundaries

Personal boundaries help us all stay safe. Some things are private and it might not be a good idea to share these things with just anyone. Learn about public and private information, spaces, and what to do if someone’s personal boundaries are confusing.

Relationships and Dating

Dating and relationships can feel exciting. You don’t have to date if you don’t want to, but if you do, we can help you learn about how to be safe and know if your relationship is healthy.

Sexual Orientation, Gender Identity and Expression

You might have questions about gender and sexual orientation, including learning what LGBTQ2S+ means and how to get support to be you.

Social Media

Social media can be fun but there are some rules to follow that can help you make the most of it.

Watch the ‘Disability and Sexuality’ video to learn why everyone can learn about sexuality and relationships.
